That's Norwegian Fred Larson's Top Fueller which came over for the rained out '77 Santa Pod Sept Internat's. I think that's the only time we saw Fred's rear engined car over here, you may remember he also ran a blown 392 Hemi powered slingshot called Sundance Kid which had Commuter bodywork
