5.5" x 5 stud needed 15" or 16" diameter 12" to 15" wide not fussy if the price is right as will need to get slicks to suit.
15 x 15 would be ideal as we already have the slicks for them.

May be a bit too big for you but I have 17 x 16" wheels fitted with 33.5 x 17 x 16 tyres. Backspacing around 4.5 - 4.75", dual stud pattern with the smaller being 5 x 5" (big Ford) and the larger being 5 x 5.5" ( which I believe is big Chrysler but not so sure)
Wheels are pretty standard Centrelines and tyres are Goodyear D1 compound in pretty good nick.

Depends on how fussy you are on size in relation to cost!
