Was it your car Dave that had the bonnet fly open at the top end at Santa Pod on one run?
I can remember it happening to two cars at around the same time, and thought one of them was yours.

Don't often get on this forum but researching background of pictures I took back in the 70's and came across this one I took of Cracklin Rose at Santa Pod.
