Hullabaloo the '68 Barracuda on page 50 is still alive and racing. I first saw the car in about 1980, as a rolling shell at Pete Goddards place. It had a flame paint job as I recall and that odd egg crate grille, he told me it was the old Hullabaloo car. Some friends of friends bought it, put the correct grille in it and painted it sublime, it then passed on to Dave Bishop who had it for a while during which time I did some welding on it, and I would dispute it was ever acid dipped. Dipped cars are notoriously difficult to weld or do body work on. Dave did little with it and sold it to Mark Bailey who finally got it back together and racing. Mark has raced it for many years now, it's the silver car in pro et. Unless Mark ever drove it on the street, I think this must have been a race car pretty much from day one.
