It was an amazing site to behold but I think it rather proved my point about sticking a big hemi in a small pop!

Sid, someone told me that Super Street racer Cliff Puddle had got it down Banbury way! Perhaps Paul Wright might know.

I seem to remember it was crashed by the new owner not long after he bought it?

Didn't Knut take it as part of the deal when Andy first went T/F? I am sure I heard it had then been sold on to either Greece or Malta

Here's another car I loved from that era of 'Outlaw Anglias', Tony Baker's 'Torque Of The Devil', didn't Tony have a crash in this car?

Wasant the Green "Torque of the devil" the first into the 9s on street tyres?,this was at a fireworks meet 91? or 92?,ive got it on video somewhere i think. The car never had the snow plower front end on then and ran a blown pontiac motor.Think Bob Nixon biult this one.
I see his old black pop from before that one spin out at the top end at north weald in the late 80s,after we had rain earlier on that day.The car was chopped, jag reared had a raked ride hight and ran a big block may of bean blown pontiac im not sure.

Tony Baker did roll his pop at the Top end at Avon Park, Pete Ashworth built the remains and renamed it Dayglo Twister.

Kev Jenkins never rolled his pop, had a few moments though. The car was for sale on eBay last week.

The red pop with injector stacks on top of a huge chevy lump was Andy Prysbl and he rolled at the top end at Santa Pod. That was a beautiful car and had progressed a long way from the towbar days.
