Its a early big block F , 455 taken to 468 with a 425 forged crank and billet main caps and a girdle to hold it all together

The old Ivor Roffey Alien altered appeared at Shakey not so long ago which is now in the hands of Tom Larman's crew man Mark Miles. It's pretty much ready to go for Wild Bunch competition next years but Mark's undecided in which direction to name the car; The Alien or The Animal as under the Fiat Topolino body lurks the original Mick Saunders model T altered chassis. I'm sure we'll know soon which direction Mark has gone for by the start of next season.

Team Thing Supercharged Outlaws have undertaken a change in direction. We sold the Plymouth altered body and purchased a Dodge Funny car body. this winter has seen us start the work on this body. We are now taking of all the old layers of paint . We can then carry out any repair work (hopefully not to much ) and then re paint the body. Depending on sponsorship will decide what paint scheme we will go with. mark started fabricating the Stainless Steel headers today. I will post progress over the winter months. looking at debuting the car April/may 2014

gonna start pulling the engine out of the 100e tomorrow the panel beater has finished pulling the roof out etc and now needs to do the gob work so he can have the car at his and stop making a bloody mess in my garage.
