Most of the US Tour footage looks to me to be from the various Pathe News videos on Youtube and they've also taken some from one of my videos which I put on Youtube some time ago...

unfortunately not for me Jon, I'm just getting hypnotised by the 3 flashing dots in the centre of the screen,
I've got the small blue screen at the bottom that says now playing but that's as good as it gets
