In edition 178 (May / June 2014) of the magazine Speedscene, which is about the British Hillclimbing scene there is a picture of the car at Valence hillclimb in the South of England running with a supercharger - the picture forms part of a quiz feature and the answer to the quiz which I received was as follows: "..... showed the final hairpin at the popular – and late lamented – Valence School Hillclimb in Kent. Negotiating it back in 1975 on July 12th is the 1-litre supercharged Lotus 35 of Maurie Thomas. Maurie (who used to tow his race car with a Rolls Royce!) finished some way behind class winner Graham Watts’ March 733, which took FTD."

I may be wrong....have been before!
I think Maurie Thomas was the boss of Cross Keys Car Breakers in Somerset.
Later ran a team of cars an orange E-type,GSM Delta and a Camaro, all ran Street Altered/Modified.
Team colours orange with blue lettering.
Is it same guy....think I need TT's help here.

You are half right. It was Maurie Morris (forget the spelling) that ran Cross Keys.
