That was a great car. Great shame about the crashes - I remember the Blackbushe one quite vividly.

Duncan Purcell's Willys now actually exists as two different cars. The original steel shell has been Mike Thomas' blue, blown smallblock powered car for many a year and the frame resides under the red Ford powered coupe originally built by Rich Llewelwyn, also completed many moons ago.

Forgot to say, Slick Willy was rebuilt for the street by Bob O'Donaghue, last seen in black with the HEM140 plate, although Bob opted for BBC power. No idea where it is now though.

This is Slick Willy being towed back to the pits after the crash at Blackbushe.
Not good quality, as it is not from a still shot.
