After hearing of Bob Hawkins excellent 203 mph blast in his slingshot last weekend I was wondering how many other slingshots have run over 200 mph in the UK.

I think Norm ran 202 mph in the Plan X slingshot in 1983 but what others?

I don't think there's many others...

Clive Skilton... 2nd Revolution
Dennis Priddle... Hot Wheels
Dennis Priddle... Mr 6
Allan Herridge... Firefly
Tony Densham... Commuter

I'm not sure about the Houndog or Hemi Hunter slingshots?

Has anybody any more to add?

I think that was Priddle's 225mph at Blackbushe in '75 but that was in Mr Revell, a US built car.

Firefly clocked some high mph numbers, something like 218mph from memory?
