Here's the car Sammy was said to be attempting the LSR with.
I'm told the reason this attempt never happened was a combination of lack of money (there was no rocket system in the car) and the ownership issues since the car had been stolen from Ky MIchaelson by Kitty O'Neil's ex-husband.
Sadly, The car was last seen in a field in Texas as seen below.

Gosh, looking at those new pictures of 2003, I had no idea that the roll cage was so close to the windshield. I wonder what Sammy's escape plan was if ever he needed to get out in a hurry and there was no one to lift the body...
