Thats a great picture Nick, was public access to the pits the same then as it is now?

I'm pretty sure it was although there don't seem to be many spectators in this pic.

Note the US crews with matching boiler suits. Sharp for those days, fore runners of the custom crew uniforms!

Some nice pics there Jon. There's plenty going on in that Silverstone pic, I've so far spotted "The French Connection" Chevy 2CV, "Southern Comfort" Jag 100E, "Two Ton Carmen" Jag Mini, "Worden" 1500 Ford slingshot, "Cthulho Two" Jag slingshot and the Triumph Kart "Patience". I think the "Good Vibrations" pic is from Silverstone as well, isn't that Gary Goggin with the stetson on?

The blonde lady on the bonnet of the Young push car, was in exactly the same position at the Pod, pic I think on the Priddle link on the forum. Perhaps she was a fixed hood ornament?

I think the blonde on the bonnet is Roz Prior and that's her husband in the classy strides talking to Trevor Young

Having looked again at the two pictures, I realise they were taken at exactly the same time, from slightly different angles! It certainly looks like Dave Prior, know those trousers anywhere!

the picture of Good Vibrations was indeed at Silverstone in 1975, and the two cars in the background are Russ Carpenters Even more Trouble, and the Rowatts injected small block rail ( Martin and James Rowatt?) The same cars on the same day taken from above!
