Dennis Priddle was approached by the BBC to build a state of the art dragster for one of their female TV presenters Maggie Philbin to drive for a 'Tommorrows World' TV special, the result was this radical streamliner.

Maggie had 15+ test runs in the car but still only managed a best run of about 10 seconds.

It was obviously decided that Maggie was not good enough to run the car so Dennis himself drove the car at a major meeting.
