Santa Pod 'World Finals' - September '89. German racer Rico Anthes before he got started in top fuel. This was his good  looking, but evil handling Mercedes alcohol funny car. Very seldom ran a straight pass - and I've seen it scrape along the  barrier through the lights - but with never ever a hint that Rico was lifting!
